Split Systems
Job fully laid out by certified installation manager (Includes manual j heat load to ensure correct system sizing)
Prepare site for installation with tarps and covers as needed to prevent damage to home.
Remove and properly dispose of existing equipment on site.
Install Trane Certified outdoor equipment in place of existing.
Install Trane Certified indoor equipment in place of existing.
Install Trane Certified WiFi Programmable Thermostat in place of exisitng.
Install custom built supply plenum in place of existing.
Install drain pan in place of existing.
Install two safety float switches.
Reconnect to existing supply air ductwork.
Reconnect to existing return air ductwork.
Reconnect to existing refrigerant line set
Reconnect to existing drain line.
Reconnect to existing electrical.
Final Inspection and Start up of system.
